A Vicksburg man is in Issaquena County Jail this morning after his arrest Tuesday for drug possession.

At 2:35 p.m., James Quency Davis, 37, who lives on Wisconsin Avenue, was arrested and charged with selling cocaine as part of a narcotics investigation, said Vicksburg Police Lt. Troy Kimble.

Kimble said that crack cocaine and two firearms were recovered during Davis’ arrest.

Davis is scheduled to appear in Warren County Justice Court today.
