In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Jonathan A. Erwin, 21, 2645 Oak Ridge Road, Lot 5, was found guilty of violating probation for possession of a controlled substance and sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to 10 years in prison. Erwin was indicted in January 2011.

• Spencer Griffin, 24, 1929 Baldwin Ferry Road, pleaded guilty to violating probation for auto burglary, and was sentenced by Patrick to two years in prison followed by three years’ probation. Griffin was indicted in October 2012.

• Walter Parker Jr., 31, 280 Ironwood Drive, pleaded guilty to third-offense driving under the influence and was sentenced by Patrick to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, a$2,000 fine, $2,000 restitution and $1,309.50 in costs. Parker was indicted in January 2013.

• Anthony Reynolds, 53, no address available, was found guilty of violating a sentenced to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for third-offense driving under the influence and was sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison. Reynolds was indicted in July 2013.

• Megan Michelle Stauts, 20, 409 Lakeside Drive, was found guilty of violating a sentence to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for burglary and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to five years in prison. Stauts was arrested July 29, 2013.

• Jamal Williams, 22, 1325 Jackson St., was found guilty of violating nonadjuticated probation for possession of a controlled substance and sentenced by Chaney to three years in prison followed by two years probation. Williams was indicted in July 2012.
