Utica-area children will be able to get free breakfast and lunch through the end of the month due to a federal food program.

The Summer Food Service Program, funded by the United States Department of Agriculture, is designed to continue servicing students during the summer who received free meals during the regular school year.

The program will include breakfast and lunch, Monday through Friday, with breakfast being served from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and lunch from 11 to 1 p.m.
