In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Christopher Dalton Brown, 24, 1085 Oak Ridge Road, was found guilty of violating a sentence to Ninth Circuit Drug Court and sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to the Hinds of LeFlore County Restitution Center until a balance of $7,709.50 is paid followed by five years’ probation. Brown was indicted in July 2013.

• Derrick Lashun Chiplin, 41, 1312 Bowmar Ave., pleaded guilty to two counts of sale of less than 2 grams of cocaine and was sentenced by Patrick to eight years in prison followed by seven years’ probation, a $2,000 fine, $800 restitution and $1,369 in costs. Chiplin was indicted May 2014 and in January.

• Darryl Cedric Jackson Jr., 26, 182 Lakeside Drive, pleaded guilty to two count of sale of 30 grams or less of marijuana and was sentenced by Patrick to one year in prison followed by two years’ probation, a $2,000 fine, $400 restitution, and $1,369 in costs. Jackson was indicted in May 2014.

• Carol Stowers, 53, 103 Athens Ave., pleaded guilty to sale of four dosage units of hydrocodone and was sentenced by Patrick to five years’ probation, a $1,500 fine, $400 restitution and $384.50 in costs.
