Lorraine Hunter Bryant died Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. She was 58.

 

Mrs. Bryant was born June 4, 1956, to the late Willie Hunter Sr. and the late Mrs. Elizabeth Pinkney Hunter.

 

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, William Houston.

 

Survivors include her husband, Ewell Bryant of Vicksburg; two sons, Earnest Hunter of Vicksburg and Timothy Hunter of Arlington, Texas; four stepchildren; one sister, Kathy Hunter Williams of Vicksburg; four brothers, James Henry Hunter, Willie Hunter Jr., Tommy Lee Hunter and David Hunter, all of Vicksburg; five grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

 

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Travelers Rest Baptist Church with the Rev. Thomas E. Bernard officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

 

Visitation will be Friday from 1 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
