In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Richard Albert, 22, 1305 Newitt Vick Drive, was found guilty of violating a sentence to Ninth Circuit Drug Court, and sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to five years’ probation to include a private drug rehabilitation program. Albert was indicted in July 2011.

• Georgire Benard, 59, 108 Marguerite Drive, was found guilty of violating probation for possession of cocaine and sentenced by Patrick to two years in prison followed by two years’ probation. Benard was indicted in October 2010.

• Walker Biedenharn, 24, 4541 Bovina Cut-off Road, was found guilty of violating two sentenced to Ninth Circuit Drug Court and sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to five years’ probation to include a private drug rehabilitation program. Biedenharn pleaded guilty to two criminal informations dated July 12, 2011.

• Thomas Jones, 26, 4720 Robert Circle, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and was sentenced by Chaney to five years’ probation, a $2,000 fine and $1,084.50 in costs. Jones was indicted in July.

• Justin Kirkley, 24, pleaded guilty to violating probation for burglary and was sentenced by Chaney to a Mississippi Department of Corrections Technical Violation Center for 30 days before being returned to probation. Kirkley was indicted in January 2012.

• Charles Frank Rushing Jr., 62, 210 Cobblestone Drive, pleaded guilty to molesting and was sentenced by Patrick to four years in prison followed by five years’ probation, a $1,000 fine, $2,555.92 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Rushing, who must also register as a sex offender, was indicted in May.

•  Matilda Watson, 47, 613 Lefluer St., Stoval, was found guilty of violating a nonadjudicated sentence for forgery of a counterfeit instrument, adjudicated by Chaney and sentenced to 18 monthss’ probation during which time she must pay $1,677.50 in fines and fees. Watson was arrested in 2007.
