In reference to the June 13, 2015 article “Where is Cemetery Owner?”.

A few years ago when I lived near the Kansas City area there was an elderly lady who used goats to clear off overgrown city lots.

She would put up a temporary fence and bring in the goats each day to clear the lots. People would stop and watch and she would let kids pet them.

Could there be away the city could suggest something like this in lieu of using machines which could damage the headstones?
