Funeral services for Joseph “Man-Son” Wright will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015, at W.H Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnnie Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Wright died Wednesday, July 28, 2015, at Vicksburg Convalescent Home. He was 74. He was a former security guard for Vicksburg Mall and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Everlena Hardy Wright; his wife, Josephine Pamphley; brothers, Henry Wright, James Wright Jr. and Willie Wright; and sister, Hattie Wright.

Survivors include his daughter, Annette Roberts of Yazoo City; brother David Wright of Vicksburg; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and others including Jessica Wright of Vicksburg.
