Pauline McCain Brown died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. She was 95.

Mrs. Brown was born in Warren, Ark., and moved to Vicksburg in 1939, she worked in sales and was a dressmaker before retiring in 1983.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alrie Vincent Brown; daughter, Shirley Brown Hoben; sister, Helen Compton; and brother Dewey McCain.

Survivors include a daughter, Shelia Blalack of Vicksburg; son, Paul Brown of Florida; and a sister, Mary Ann Parks of Grand Bay, Ala.

Services at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Tom Lalor officiating. Burial will be at Green Lawn Gardens Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, from 12:30 p.m. until the hour of service.
