A Vicksburg man accused of planning to supply drugs was held without bail Monday.

Joshua Williams, 26, 1007 Bowman St., was arrested Sunday and charged with a Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics warrant for conspiracy to distribute controlled substance, according to Warren County jail records.
