PHILADELPHIA — Funeral services for Mr. Henry David May will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016 at John E. Stephens Chapel with the Rev. John E. Stephens officiating. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation is from noon Wednesday until time for service.

Mr. May, 65, passed away Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016, at his home in Vicksburg with his loving wife at his side. He lived most of his life in Carthage.

He was a mechanic and maintenance worker. His hobbies include working on cars and watching movies with PeeWee, his puppy. He was a member of Solid Rock Pentecostal Church in Vicksburg.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Claude May; mother, Elizabeth Ruth Ozburn; son, daughter, brother and sister.

Mr. May leaves behind his wife of 14 years, Phyllis Kuhn May of Vicksburg; sister, Kathy McDonald of Louisiana; brother, Aubrey Glenn May of Vicksburg; stepfather, Chester Claudie Ozburn of Vicksburg; and grandchildren.
