Meth and cocaine found during arrest

A Vicksburg man faces drug charges after his arrest Wednesday by Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics agents and Vicksburg police, according to information from the police department.

Alvis C. Christon, 40, was arrested on a grand jury warrant about 3 p.m. Wednesday at Kar-Kleen, 2900-1/2 Clay St.

During a search after the arrest, officers found .32 ounces of methamphetamine and .06 ounces of cocaine.

Christon is being held without bail at the Warren County Jail pending an initial appearance.
