Second-grader Zoe Kinsella finds warmth for her ears inside a sweater on the playground at St. Francis Xavier Elementary Tuesday. The National Weather Service reported Wednesday that Tuesday’s high temperature was 33 and the low was 24. For Wednesday, the service issued a freezing rain advisory for Warren County, and the high temperatures were predicted to be in the mid-40s. Zoe is the daughter of Tracy Breeden of Vicksburg.
