A wreck on Fisher Ferry Road Thursday morning sent three Warren County residents to the hospital.

Billie Wilson, 37, and her 12-year-old son, Michael Wilson, both of 70 Joyce Lane, were headed north on Fisher Ferry Road about a mile from Goodrum Baptist Church at about 7:20 a.m., when their 1994 Plymouth Acclaim hit a 1998 Mercury van, said Warren County Sheriff’s Deputy Richard Jordan.

The driver of the van, Teres White, 4813 Nailor Road, was trapped in her vehicle for about 10 minutes before rescue personnel could free her.

All three were being treated at ParkView Regional Medical Center.

Jordan said Wilson apparently lost control of her car in a curve and drifted into the southbound lane in which White was traveling.

Jordan said Deputy Leroy Williams and Constable Glen McKay assisted at the scene of the wreck.

No citations were issued.
