Maggie, a golden retriever, keeps a watchful eye on her home and that of her owners, Phyllis and Thomas Birchett, at 1820 Vicklan St., two of the hundreds of houses across Warren County decorated for Christmas. In addition to organized efforts, such as the illuminaries at Glenwood Circle area last weekend and the planned candle display at Highland subdivision Friday night and Saturday, many individuals have brought a glow to their homes and lawns.
