ENOLA FEIBELMAN

Enola “Nola” Feibelman died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2001, at Trace Haven Nursing Home. She was 81.

Born in Florida, Mrs. Feibelman had lived in Vicksburg most of her life. She was a member of Anshe Chesed Temple.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cedric L. Feibelman Jr.

She is survived by a brother-in-law, Max Feibelman of El Campo, Calif.; a sister-in-law, Harriett Feibelman of El Campo; and other relatives.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Anshe Chesed Cemetery with Stanley Kline officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Fisher-Riles Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the service Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Thomas C. Parker, Bradley William Ramsay, James Thomas Ramsay, Charles Riles, Melvin M. Burgess and John A. Thomason III.

Honorary pallbearers will be J. Stanford Terry, Don Feibelman, William W. Ramsay, Herbert Lee, Dr. Russell Barnes and administrators and staff of Trace Haven Nursing Home.

ALICE GILBERT

UTICA Alice Gilbert died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001, at Vicksburg Medical Center. She was 62.

Mrs. Gilbert was a lifelong resident of Utica. She was a member of Utica Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by a son, Greg Gilbert; and a brother, Junior Stubbs.

She is survived by two daughters, Melanie Herring of Brookhaven and Melinda McDonald of Brandon; two sons, Billy Hawkins of Utica and Dennis Hawkins of Drew; three brothers, Don Stubbs of Virginia, Bud Stubbs of Baton Rouge and Glen Stubbs of California; four sisters, Mary Francis Holmes and Rebecca Snapp, both of Baton Rouge, Pearl Ellis of Denham Springs, La., and Katherine Reed of Utica; and 13 grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Glenwood Funeral Home in Utica. Burial will follow at Utica Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 until 8 Thursday night at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Maddox, Jimmy Driver, Alex Driver, Henry Vance, Charles Turner and Clay Denley.
