[02/26/01] Ryan Hearn threw a five-inning no-hitter, the second for St. Aloysius in two days, as the Flashes pounded Greenville-St. Joe, 13-0, Saturday.

“He was spotting his fastball inside and outside and keeping them off balance with his slider,” St. Al coach Joe Graves said of his senior right-hander, who struck out eight and walked two.

Joey Lyons threw a five-inning no-hitter in a 17-0 throttling of Pisgah Friday.
