Judith A. Allen, 54, of 108 Dogwood St., was attempting to make a left turn from the southbound lane of Halls Ferry onto North Frontage when her car was struck by one driven by Steven A. Montgomery, 34, traveling north on Halls Ferry. Montgomery was cited for failure to yield and causing an accident, Beard said.
