Curtis Carter with C&K Janitorial and Cleaning Service cleans the windows of the Warren County-Vicksburg Public Library Monday. Carter and his partner, Robert Collier, spent most of the afternoon finishing the six windows facing Washington Street, just in time for the evening’s thunderstorms. The National Weather Service predicted Tuesday that the morning’s clouds would decrease in the afternoon and turn off clear and cooler in the evening. Clear skies were forecast for Wednesday.
