Warren County Deputy Sheriff Mike Marshall sits in his patrol car with teddy bears that the Vicksburg Kappa Delta Alumni Association donated to the sheriff’s department Tuesday. Kappa Delta donated 24 toys that will ride along with officers to be used as gifts to children involved in auto accidents and other traumatic events. “It gives them something else to focus on rather than what is going on around them.
