Water from a broken water main at 1620 U.S. 61 North shoots more than 20 feet in the air Wednesday as Culkin Water District employees Maurice Davis, left, and Brian Pierce work to find the source. The main broke when it was hit by a backhoe being used to clean out a ditch. Water spewed for 20 minutes until the line was turned off and repaired by Culkin Water District personnel.
