FANNIE PEACHES WATSON
RACINE, Wis. Services for Fannie Peaches Watson will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Luke M.B. Church in Racine, Wis., with the Rev. A.W. Scaife officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Monday until the service at the church.
Mrs. Watson, formerly of Vicksburg, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2001, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Racine. She was 74.
Mrs. Watson was a member of Holy Disciple Pentecostal Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Watson; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Coatney Peaches; two children, Addie Willis and Benard Hargrove; one sister, Virgie Kemp; and two brothers, Walter Peaches and Coatney Peaches Jr.
She is survived by two daughters, Norma Sanders and Laura Allen, both of Racine; two sons, Robert Hargrove Jr. of Racine and Sammie Willis of Houston, Texas; one sister, Shirley Peaches of Vicksburg; one brother, Richard Peaches of Vicksburg; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and other relatives, including Fannie Johnson and members of the Strong, Wilson, Thomas, Jackson, Hunter, Cage, Walker and Jones families.
Draeger Funeral Home of Racine has charge of arrangements.
