DEBRA DEBRY GUSTER
PORT GIBSON Debra Debry Guster died Friday, Nov. 9, 2001, at her home in Port Gibson. She was 40.
A housewife, Mrs. Guster was a member of Mercy Seat M.B. Church in Port Gibson.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Marie and Earl Wilson and Jack and Addie Debry; and a great-aunt, Bernice Boines.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Guster of Port Gibson; her parents, Richard and Beulah Debry of Port Gibson; her daughter, Lakenya Nicole Debry of Port Gibson; five stepchildren, Shywon Guster, Latine Guster, Cherrie English, Larita English and Marlon Guster; two brothers, Ricky Debry of Dallas, Texas, and Dwight Debry of Port Gibson; her sister, Brenda Debry Dorsey of Port Gibson; one grandchild, Nicholas Martez Debry of Port Gibson; and other relatives including Martevis Dorsey of Houston, Texas, and Yataya Dorsey and Edrinne Dorsey, both of Port Gibson.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Mercy Seat Baptist Church in Port Gibson with the Rev. Frank McGriggs officiating. Burial will follow at Mercy Seat Cemetery in Port Gibson.
Visitation will be from 1 until 5 p.m. today at Rollins Funeral Home in Port Gibson.
Pallbearers will be Keith Parker, Greg Young, James Truitt, Fred Truitt, Ernest Keller, Earl Truitt and Jo Jo McCloster.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ricky Debry, Dwight Debry, Joe Bailey, Eddie Dorsey, Kerry Jones, Trent Wilson, Kelvin Wilson, Pierre Wilson and Richard Fitzgerald Wilson.
JAMES CAROL HINSON
James Carol Hinson died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2001, at ParkView Regional Medical Center. He was 64.
A lifelong resident of Redwood, Mr. Hinson was a millwright for Carpenters Local No. 1964 for 30 years. He was a member of Jamison Lake Hunting Club. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Hinson and Jackie Hinson; and a granddaughter, Morgan Hinson.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanie Hinson of Redwood; two sons, Gary “Bubba” Hinson and Mark Hinson, both of Redwood; two daughters, Pam Lockard of Vicksburg and Donna Neher of Houma, La.; three sisters, Pat Ball of Ellisville, Judy Warrington of Mobile, Ala., and Susan Leist of Brandon; and five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Barnes officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be David Peterson, Zackary Leist, Kenny Hinson, Butch Hinley, Matt Miller, Scott Ashley, Justin Conrad and William Ryals.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ken Ricks, Todd Huskey, Doyle Rodgers, Ray Burroughs, Larry Conrad, Roger Lester, Jay Tidwell and Butch Burroughs.

BETTY JEAN LOVE
ANGUILLA Betty Jean Love died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2001, at her home in Anguilla. She was 65.
A native of Lawrence County, Mrs. Love had lived in Anguilla for the past 16 years. She attended the Pentecostal Church.
She was preceded in death by her son Phillip Wayne Love.
Survivors include her husband, Willie R. Love of Anguilla; four sons, John Allen Brent of Vicksburg, Willie Albert Brent of Santa Fe, Texas, Billy Roger Love of Anguilla and James Marshall Love of Longview, Texas; her daughter, Martha Nevels of Vicksburg; her brother, Joseph Clinton Boswell of Brookhaven; four sisters, Grace Prather, Rachel Boswell Hall and Beverly Diane Wilson, all of Brookhaven, and Mary Rushing of Pontchatoula, La.; and eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork with the Revs. David Moore and Billy Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at Zion Cemetery in Anguilla.
Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
ELAINE THERESA BORDELON MILLER
EUNICE, La. Elaine Theresa Bordelon Miller died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2001, at Abbeville General Hospital in Abbeville, La. She was 70.
Born in Eunice, La., to Elinor Fruge Bordelon and Hilaire Bordelon, Mrs. Miller was reared in Eunice and had lived in Lafayette, La., before moving to Abbeville. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice, where she was a longtime member of the Catholic Daughters.
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joseph Gustave “Gussie” Miller; and a brother, the Rev. Lloyd Bordelon.
She is survived by two sons, Andrew Kent Miller of Vicksburg and Kyle Quinn Miller of Youngsville, La.; one daughter, Claire Miller Williams Fogg of Lafayette, La.; two brothers, Ralph Luke Bordelon of Katy, Texas, and James Elliot Bordelon of Lafayette; two granddaughters; three step-grandsons; and three step-great-grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin’s Funeral Home of Eunice.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
