MARGARET CADENHEAD BROWN
Margaret Cadenhead Brown died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2002, at Shady Lawn Nursing Home. She was 76.
Mrs. Brown was a lifelong Vicksburg resident and retired as a secretary for the Port of Vicksburg. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Martha Cadenhead.
She is survived by two sons, Wayne Cotton of Mobile, Ala., and Tom Cotton of Clinton; two sisters, Janell McNeal of Wynne, Ark., and Joyce Houston Smith of Vicksburg; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Glenwood Funeral Home with Dr. John G. McCall officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 tonight at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be A.J. Johnson, Randy Henderson, Kurtis Cotten, Bill McNeal, Jeffery Cotten and Dale Wheeler.
MARIE McKAY CAMPBELL
Marie McKay Campbell died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2002, at ParkView Regional Medical Center. She was 93.
Mrs. Campbell retired from Culkin Academy as a school teacher in 1975 after 47 years of service. She was a lifelong resident of Warren County.
She was a member of First Christian Church and the Warren County Retired Teachers Association.
Mrs. Campbell was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph O. Campbell.
She is survived by two sons, Joseph O. Campbell of Brandon and Thomas H. Campbell of Siloam Springs, Ark.; one daughter, Ann Campbell Oswalt of Florence; one sister, Beulah Baker of Jackson; and six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Hancell Bankester officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Debbie Trexler, Cathy Cauthen, Allan Campbell, Tracy Howard, Kevin Campbell and Andrew Oswalt.
Honorary pallbearers will be Walter Barfield, Morris Richards and Joe Farrar.

JAMES WALTER EADS SR.
NEWELLTON James Walter Eads Sr. died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2002, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, La. He was 87.
Mr. Eads was born in Indianola to the late Andrew Jackson Eads and Lenora Pyron Eads. He had been a Newellton resident for 82 years and was a 1931 graduate of Newellton High School. He worked a variety of jobs before accepting a position in 1940 with Service Novelty Company, where he worked for 35 years until it was acquired by TAC Amusement Company for whom he worked before retiring in 1985.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Abraham Eads; a half-sister, Mary Marie Eads; and his stepmother, Nellie Johnson Eads.
Survivors include his wife, Alice Welch Eads; two sons, James Walter Eads Jr. of Monroe and Roger Dale Eads of Denham Springs, La.; two sisters, Vera Eads Yearwood of Jackson and Ethel Eads Stafford of Jefferson, Texas; a brother, Wilson Eads Pendery of Visalia, Calif.; nieces; nephews; and four grandchildren, six stepgrandchildren, two great-grandchildren and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Newellton Union Church with the Rev. Clyde R. Webber officiating. Burial will be at Legion Memorial Cemetery in Newellton.
Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah.
AMBER MONIQUE EVANS
Services for Amber Monique Evans, infant daughter of Wesley Evans and Sherry Promise, were at 10 a.m. today at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Williams Funeral Service.
Amber died Friday, Jan. 4, 2002, at ParkView Regional Medical Center.
In addition to her parents, Amber is survived by a brother, Wesley Hubley of Vicksburg; paternal grandparents, Barbara Ann Evans and Wesley Brown, both of Vicksburg; maternal grandparents, Cynthia Promise and Lucius Jackson Jr., both of Vicksburg; and other relatives and friends.
H.A. HARDEN
ROLLING FORK H.A. Harden died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2002, at Hospice Ministries of Jackson. He was 70.
Mr. Harden was born in Piggott, Ark., and had lived in Rolling Fork for the past 31 years. He was a retired farmer and member of Rolling Fork Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Gladys Harden; a sister, Lorretta Black; and a brother, Laverne Harden.
Survivors include his wife, Tina Brock Harden of Rolling Fork; three sons, Ricky Lee Harden and Timothy Glen Harden, both of Rolling Fork, and Michael Gene Harden of Greenville; two brothers, Manual Harden of Kennett, Mo., and Marles Harden of West Palm Beach, Fla.; three sisters, Earline Holland and Geralden McGlockkin, both of West Palm Beach, and Glenda Lancaster of Senath, Mo.; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Rolling Fork Church of Christ with the Rev. Eugene Springer officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 tonight at Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork.
Pallbearers will be Jason Harden, Dustin Harden, Eugene Payne, Michael Harden, Phillip Harden and Wallace Myles.
