GABRIELLE ANN LISONBEE

Gabrielle Ann Lisonbee, infant daughter of Jesse Calvin and Robyn Michelle Lisonbee, died Thursday, March 14, 2002, at University Medical Center.

In addition to her parents, Gabrielle is survived by two brothers, Wesley Lisonbee and Jacob Lisonbeee, both of Delta, La.; her maternal grandmother, Connie Ashley of Vicksburg; her maternal grandfather, Wayne Pennington of Prentiss; her paternal grandparents, Calvin and Linda Lisonbee, both of Tallulah La; her maternal great-grandparents, Meleter and Ufa Pennington of Polkville; her maternal great-grandmother, Virginia Massey of Polkville; and her paternal great-grandparents, Bud and Dorothy Taylor of Tallulah.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Goodrum Baptist Church with the Rev. Ray Spence officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah.

VANCE LEROY MILSTEAD

LAKE PROVIDENCE, La. Vance Leroy Milstead died Friday, March 15, 2002, at Morehouse General Hospital in Bastrop, La. He was 94.

Mr. Milstead was preceded in death by his wife, Gleniveve Milstead; his father, Grafton Milstead; and his mother, Mattie Milstead.

He is survived by three nieces, Martha Elizabeth McCurley of Brandon, Betty Jean Phillips of Baton Rouge and Sandra Milstead of Pilot Point, Texas.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Cox Funeral Home in Lake Providence. Burial will follow at Providence Memorial Cemetery.

ELIZABETH ANN MYERS

Elizabeth Ann Myers died Wednesday, March 13, 2002, as the result of a house fire. She was 79.

A native of Leland, Myers was reared in Greenville. She moved to Vicksburg in the mid-1950s. She was a teacher for the Vicksburg Public Schools, having taught at Carr Central, Cooper High School, Rosa A. Temple and Vicksburg High School. She was organist for Anshe Chesed Synagogue for 39 years and was organist for St. Alban’s Episcopal Church for the last 18 years. She was a member of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church.

Memorial services will be at noon Tuesday at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church. Burial will follow at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church Cemetery.
