MARIE HARRISON

Marie Harrison died Saturday, April 20, 2002, at River Region Medical Center. She was 86.

A homemaker, Mrs. Harrison was a member of Spring Hill M.B. Church in Winona. She was also a member of the Heroines of Jericho and the Benevolent Club of Spring Hill M.B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Will Harrison; and her parents, Robert Sullivan and Hannah Purnell Sullivan.

She is survived by two sons, Joe H. Harrison of Memphis and Lawrence Harrison of Chicago; six daughters, Pearlie Johnson, Dorothy McVey and Doris Meredith, all of Chicago, Marvis Henson of Avondale, Ariz., and JoElla Walls of Vicksburg; three sisters, Ella Ross and Glenn Milam, both of Chicago, and Earlene Spaulding of Detroit; and other relatives, including George Ella Blueitt and Ola M. Bailey, both of Kilmichael.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Spring Hill M.B. Church with the Rev. C.L. Shelton officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill M.B. Church Cemetery under the direction of Sanders and Sanders Funeral Home.

FAY ANN TIBBS

DELHI Fay Ann Tibbs died Monday, April 22, 2002, at Richland Parish Hospital in Delhi. She was 57.

Miss Tibbs was preceded in death by her father, James N. Tibbs.

She is survived by her mother, Evelyn Louise Porter Tibbs of Delhi; her brother, James Edward Tibbs of Ruston; her sister, Betty Edwards of Delhi; and other relatives.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cox Funeral Home in Delhi with the Rev. Eddie Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Faith Memorial Park Cemetery in Delhi.

Pallbearers will be Paul Billings, Melvin Green, Eddie Fuller, Clayton Cooper Jr., Jimmy Lee Jones and Darryl Seal.
