ROBERT LEE GRAY

Robert Lee Gray died Friday, May 10, 2002, at River Region Medical Center. He was 72.

Mr. Gray was a former resident of Tuskegee, Ala. He had lived in Vicksburg since 1953. He was a retired self-employed contractor/builder for over 50 years and was a member of New Mount Elem M.B. Church.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Burns Gray of Vicksburg; his mother, Rainey Jones of Tuskegee; three sons, Robin Gray of Vicksburg, Marvin Gray of Arizona and Larry Gray of Florida; two daughters, Tangie Neal of Baton Rouge, La., and Bobette Gray of Florida; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and other relatives, including Willie Mae Mitchell of Virginia and Booker T. Pitts of Tuskegee.

Westhaven Memorial Funeral Home in Jackson has charge of arrangements.

ORA C. OWENS

Mrs. Ora C. Owens died Friday, May 10, 2002, at River Region Medical Center. She was 87.

Mrs. Owens was a Bovina homemaker, a mother of Oak Chapel M.B. Church in Bovina and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her husband, Fred Owens; one son, Freddie Owens of Morton; one brother, Alec Cook of Vallejo, Calif.; and two sisters, Ethel Robinson of Vallejo, Calif., and Ollie M. Cook of Vicksburg.
