OTIS DEWITTE McMILLAN JR.

CENTREVILLE, Miss. Otis Dewitte McMillan Jr. died Monday, Nov. 18, 2002, at Field Memorial Hospital in Centreville, Miss. He was 67.

A native of Roxie, Mr. McMillan had lived in Centreville for the past 24 years. He retired from Armstrong Tire in Natchez after 32 years, was a veteran of the Mississippi Army National Guard and was a member of Roxie Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis D. and Ruby Freeman McMillan; two sisters, Nora Duckett and Gloria Wallace; and a son, Keith McMillan.

Survivors include his wife, Claudy McGraw McMillan of Centreville; four daughters, Ruby Sundquist of Great Falls, Mont., Debbie Willingham of Gloster, and Pattie and Rhonda Wheeler, both of Centreville; three sons, Cecil McMillan of Brookhaven, and Hiram O’Dell and Jeff O’Dell of Centreville; a sister, Mildred Herrington of Vicksburg; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and other relatives.

Services will be at 2 today at Newman Funeral Home Chapel in Centreville with the Rev. Ray Branch officiating. Burial was to follow at McGraw Cemetery.

Pallbearers were to be Rick Duckett, Jimmy Dan Dalton, John T. Mullins, Lamar Dickey, Booney McGraw, Harrison McGraw, Lou Regal and Buck Darden.

Honorary pallbearers were to be Larry Wheeler Jr., Lincoln O’Dell, Julian McMillan, Clifford Mathis, Cary Willingham, Butch O’Dell, Ray Herrington, Robert McGraw, Jeff O’Dell, Cecil McMillan and John Barnes.
