Alma Hogan

ANGUILLA Alma Hogan died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2003, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Rolling Fork. She was 96.

Mrs. Hogan was a native of Carroll County. She lived in Jackson for a number of years and had been an Anguilla resident since 1984. She was a member of Delta City Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Hogan Sr.

She is survived by a son, James E. Hogan Jr. of Jackson; one sister, Christine Keever of Anguilla; and nieces, nephews and a number of grandchildren.

Services were at 11 a.m. today at Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson with the Rev. Nick Smith officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork.

Juanita N. McCutcheon

Juanita N. McCutcheon died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2003, at River Region Medical Center. She was 86.

A native of McAlester, Okla., Mrs. McCutcheon was a member of the Church of Christ. She was self-employed, making custom draperies.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert O. McCutcheon.

Survivors include a daughter, Treva L. Lalli of Vicksburg; three sons, Jack A. Doolittle and Albert McCutcheon, both of Oklahoma City, Okla., and James H. Doolittle of Houston, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and other relatives.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Mills Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens in McAlester.

Malcolm Graham McKenzie

MAGEE Malcolm Graham “Mack” McKenzie died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2003, at Simpson General Hospital in Mendenhall. He was 59.

Mr. McKenzie was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel McKenzie; and his parents, Joseph and Elua McKenzie.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara McKenzie of Magee; four daughters, Teresa Brashier and Linda Rayborn, both of Laurel, Donna Fulten of Brandon and Jennie Lane of Magee; one son, Shan Woods of Vicksburg; two brothers, John McKenzie of Rayville, La., and Joe McKenzie of Baton Rouge; three sisters, Pat Lee and Peggy McKenzie, both of Stonewall, Miss., and Jewel Ray of McComb; and eight grandchildren.

Mims Mitchell Funeral Home in Magee has charge of arrangements.

K.C. Woods

GRACE, Miss. K.C. Woods died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2003, at his home. He was 62.

A resident of Grace, Miss., Mr. Woods was a farmer. He was a member of Sharon Chapel Assembly of God in Hampton.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby Sanders Woods of Grace; two sons, Bobby Woods and Don Woods, both of Grace; two daughters, Debbie Place of Cleveland, and Kathy Mullins of Glen Allan; four brothers, Robert Woods of Eupora, Walter Woods and Jimmy Robertson, both of Lambert and James Woods of Sturgis; three sisters, Shirley Seger of Meridian, Eva Mae Redwine of Coffeeville and Ann Oliver of Eupora; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services were Saturday at Glenwood Funeral Home Chapel in Rolling Fork with the Rev. James Woods officiating. Burial followed at County Line Cemetery in Glen Allan.

Pallbearers were Tommy Leverett, Tommy McGown, David Woods, Richard Whitt, Keith Gentry and S.D. Dempsey.
