Lindigrin rolls to VCC match play title

Joe Lindigrin defeated Paul Loyacano 3 and 2 to win the 2003 Vicksburg Country Club men’s match play club championship on Saturday. The title is the first for Lindigrin at VCC.

In the semifinals, Lindigrin beat Bill Caldwell and Loyacano defeated Chase Smith.

Also in the tournament, Greg Eslick beat Dr. Steve Harris 2 and 1 to win the first flight, and Steven Harris beat Clyde Ellis 1 up through 21 holes to win the second flight.
