Madison-St. Joe streaks past WC

[12/2/03]Madison-St. Joseph continued its run through Mississippi boys soccer on Monday, beating Warren Central, 5-2.

The Bruins, who came into the season ranked No. 6, have beaten every team in front of them this year as the Class 1A team has streaked to a 9-0 record.

Against the Vikings (4-3-1), Andrew Hendrix scored a first-half goal on an assist from Allen Carlisle as the team’s went into the second half tied 1-1.

Midway through the second, Madison started a scoring barrage that netted four goals. WC scored once in the second half on a Charlie Mullen goal on an assist from A.J. Barnes.

In the girls game, Madison St. Joe blanked the Lady Vikes 5-0.
