Robert Bryant Hensley

JACKSON Robert Bryant Hensley, infant son of Robert C. and Angela D. Hughes Hensley of Jackson, died Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, at Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Anna Marie Hensley of Jackson; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Hensley of Iuka; paternal great-grandmother, Loudean Hensley of Hohenwald, Tenn.; maternal grandparents, Dianne Anderson and Larry Valladarez, both of Terry, and David Mark Hughes Sr. of Jackson; and maternal great-grandparents, Raymond and Rachael Hughes of Clinton.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Burial will follow under the direction of Glenwood Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Friday until the service at the funeral home.

Ettee Miller

VALLEY PARK Services for Ettee Miller will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. F.W. Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Eden Cemetery in Valley Park.

Visitation will be from 2 until 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Miller died Friday, Jan. 9, 2004, at River Region Medical Center. She was 88.

A homemaker, Mrs. Miller was a resident of Valley Park. She was a member of Mount Eden M.B. Church, where she was on the usher board.

Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Miller; her parents, Jonas Hughes and Emma Simpson Hughes; two brothers, Woodrow Hughes and Johnny Joe Hughes; and two sisters, Ethel Woods and Mary Clanton.

She is survived by three sons, James Miller Jr. and Jonas Miller, both of Kountze, Texas, and George Miller of Silzby, Texas; five daughters, Ruby Moore of Vicksburg, Jamie Miller of Seatac, Wash., and Arlen Miller, Paula Davis and Gracie Miller, all of Tukwila, Wash; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives.

Robert E. Mobley Sr.

UTICA Robert E. “Duber” Mobley Sr. died Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2004, at River Region Medical Center. He was 73.

A lifelong resident of Utica, Mr. Mobley retired as a heavy-equipment operator with Hinds County Highway Department. He was a combat veteran of the Army, serving in the Korean Conflict. He attended Utica United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by a son, David Lewis.

He is survived by his wife, Opal W. Mobley of Utica; one son, Robert E. Mobley Jr. of Utica; one daughter, Brenda Kirkland of Pearl; a sister, Gloria M. McGuffee of Utica; and three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Utica Christian Church with the Rev. Rob Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Mobley Cemetery in Utica.

Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight at Glenwood funeral Home in Utica.

Regina Shell

Services for Regina Shell will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Charlie Blackmore officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1 until 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Ms. Shell died Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2004, at River Region Medical Center. She was 37.

She was a resident of Vicksburg.

Ms. Shell was preceded in death by a sister, Daneita Caron Shell.

Survivors include her mother, Evangeline Kelly of Vicksburg; a son, Nicco Shell-Kelly of Vicksburg; a daughter, Maniya Shell-Kelly of Vicksburg; a sister, Lisa Thompson of Memphis; and four brothers, Lewis Shell, Maurice Shell, Taiwan Shell and Derrick Shell, all of Anderson, Ind.
