Donald Alfred Cameron

TINTON FALLS, N.J. Services for Donald Alfred Cameron will be at 8 p.m. Friday at Calvary Baptist Church in Tinton Falls, N.J. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Monmouth Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2 until 4 p.m. Friday at Childs Funeral Home in Tinton Falls and from 6 until 8 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Cameron died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2004, at his home in Tinton Falls. He was 61.

A Vicksburg native, Mr. Cameron graduated from Rosa A. Temple High School and Alcorn State University. He was chairman of the trustee board at Calvary Baptist Church in Tinton Falls and was an Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Major and Ruby Cameron, and his grandparents, Judge and Elmonia Cameron and Littleton and Indiana Henry.

Survivors include his wife, Sonja Ratcliff Cameron of Tinton Falls; two sons, Donald Cameron Jr. and Jason Cameron, both of Tinton Falls; three daughters, Jodie Richard of Eatontown, N.J., Sherrie Wheeler of Bayville, N.J., and Donna Wells of Columbus, Ga.; three brothers, Major Cameron Jr. and Robert Cameron, both of Washington, D.C., and Cecil Cameron of Vicksburg; three sisters, Shirley Henry and Cecilia Cole, both of Vicksburg, and Delores Wells of Culver City, Calif.; two granddaughters; and other relatives, including members of the Hall and Davis families.

Willie Flowers

UTICA Willie “Mane” Flowers died Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004, in Vicksburg. He was 57.

A longtime resident of Utica, Mr. Flowers was a self-employed logger and a member of Mount Zion M.B. Church in Utica.

He was preceded in death by his father, West Flowers Sr.; and a brother, Eddie Flowers.

Survivors include his wife, Adell Flowers; a daughter, Patricia Wilson of Utica; two sons, Willie Flowers Jr. and Terrence Flowers, both of Utica; five sisters, Mamie Cross and Titania Martin, both of Utica, Shirley Martin of Clinton, Patricia Thomas of Marrero, La., and Annie Bell Knight of Chicago; three brothers, W.C. Flowers of Detroit, Mich., and Johnnie Flowers and Wesley Flowers Jr., both of Utica; eight grandchildren; seven nieces; 10 nephews; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Rohelia M.B. Church in Utica. Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Westhaven Memorial Funeral Home in Utica.

Samantha B. Watts

Services for Samantha B. Watts will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Clover Valley M.B. Church with the Rev. Johnny L. Williams officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon until 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. Saturday until the service at the church.

Miss Watts died Friday, Oct. 1, 2004, at River Region Medical Center. She was 39.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ed Beverly “E.B.” Watts, and her grandmother, Ida Watts “Tack” Alexander.

She is survived by her mother, Irene Watts of Vicksburg; a daughter, Kyaira Anderson of Vicksburg; a son, Samarius Anderson of Vicksburg; four brothers, Michael B. Watts of St. Louis, Mo., and Ed B. Watts Jr., Jeffrey B. Watts and Christopher B. Watts, all of Vicksburg; and aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
