Sewer Department employees Kelvin L. Williams, left, and James Davis Jr. work to install the flood gate near the Anderson-Tully Co. mill on Levee Street Wednesday afternoon. The crew also was working to install the flood gate at Depot Street. The Mississippi River is expected to reach flood stage Saturday and crest at 46 feet a week from today.
