Rose M. O’Hanlon Ashpole
NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. – Rose M. O’Hanlon Ashpole, formerly of Vicksburg, died Wednesday, May 11, 2005, at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, N.Y. She was 49.
Mrs. Ashpole was a resident of Niagara Falls, N.Y. She was former owner and operator of the Country Market Restaurant in Vicksburg and Baby Jan’s Cafe in White Village, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her father, James E. “Sarge” O’Hanlon.
She is survived by her husband, Merle W. Ashpole; one son, Edward J. O’Hanlon; six brothers, James V. O’Hanlon, Patrick M. O’Hanlon, Joseph E. O’Hanlon, Ronald B. O’Hanlon, Richard B. O’Hanlon and Jeffrey S. O’Hanlon; two sisters, Roberta L. Johnston and Ann Marie Lawrenz; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Fretthold Funeral Home in North Tonawanda, N.Y. with the Rev. Ronald Maines officiating.
Visitation will be from 7 until 9 tonight and from 9 until 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute or to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Kennado Ja’Dejon Caples
Kennado Ja’Dejon Caples died Sunday, May 8, 2005, at his home. He was 26.
Mr. Caples was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Deleslie Shawnta Caples and Shelia Guise.
