Tyler Rogers, 7, loses sight of the ball during a Dizzy Dean Baseball tryout in the 7-to-8-year-old age group Tuesday at the Culkin Baseball Complex on Mount Alban Road. Tyler was thrown ground balls and fly balls – testing his capabilities. Hitting and throwing also were part of the tryout. Tyler is the son of Kathy and Jason Shettles.
