ROXIE – Services for Cora Lee Huff will be at noon Saturday at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Hamburg, Miss., with the Rev. Carl Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 5 p.m. Friday at Rollins Funeral Home in Fayette.

Mrs. Huff died Friday, Nov. 17, 2006, at Natchez Community Hospital. She was 81.

She was a chef and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Huff and Lizzie Walker.

She is survived by three sons, Lewis Charles Huff of Natchez, Calvin Colenburg of Hamburg and John Lee Huff of McNair; three daughters, Mable Lee Huff Dorsey, Deloris Colenburg and Judy H. Newborne, all of Hamburg; a brother, Mack Jack Huff of Baker, La.; 16 grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be friends of the family.

Services for Ronnie L. Houston will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Gospel Temple M.B. Church with the Rev. Walter Edley officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 6 p.m. Friday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Mr. Houston died Monday, Nov. 20, 2006, at River Region Medical Center. He was 46.

He worked as a machine operator for Dirt Works Company. He was a member of Gospel Temple M.B. Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Carter and Deloris Wright; and a brother, Jessie Wells.

He is survived by his wife, Annie Mae Houston of Vicksburg; two daughters, Latricia Brown and Kimberly Bell, both of Vicksburg; a stepdaughter, Roxie Williams of Vicksburg; two stepsons, Antonio Calvin and Elijah Wilson Jr., both of Vicksburg; seven sisters, Louella Norford, Doris Boyd, Betty Smith, Joann Martin, Ethel Carter Carson and Willie Jean Jenkins, all of Vicksburg, and Mattie Daniel of Chicago; eight brothers, Carl Houston and Joe Howard, both of Vicksburg, Willie Carter Jr. and Floyd Howard, both of Detroit, McKinley Turner of Valparaiso, Ind., Robel Howard and Shelby Lee Howard, both of New Orleans, and Claude Witfield of Baton Rouge; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and other relatives including, Betty Wilson and Barbara Williams, both of Vicksburg, and Bernice Ray of Jackson.
