Pam Miles Addor died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006, at River Region Medical Center. She was 50.

Born in Hollandale, she was a former resident of Rolling Fork and Vicksburg and had been a resident of Delta, La., for the past two years.

Mrs. Addor was a member of Deer Creek Baptist Church in Rolling Fork.

She was preceded in death by a husband, Patrick McGreevy; her father, William Miles; and a brother, Charles Miles.

She is survived by her mother, Lady Miles of Delta; two daughters, Kimberly Foltz of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Karen Waltrip of Monett, Mo.; two sisters, Patsy Ellis of Delta and Diane Copes of Lamar, Miss.; two brothers, W.A. Jackson of Vicksburg and Eugene Miles of Ozark, Mo.; and nine grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Mound Cemetery in Rolling Fork with the Rev. Lester Miles officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Riles Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9:30 until 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be nephews and cousins.

Honorary pallbearers will be doctors and staff of both River Region Medical Center and the Vicksburg Cancer Center.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Catherine Clark.

Services for Catherine &#8220Cat” Clark will be at 11 a.m. Friday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Casey Fisher officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Clark died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2006, at River Region Medical Center. She was 60.

A homemaker, Mrs. Clark was a member of Greater Grove Street M.B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammie Clark; and her parents, Percy Wilson and Alice Lee Dillard.

She is survived by four sons, Andrew Clark, David Clark, Demitrius Clark and James Clark, all of Vicksburg; three daughters, Jonna Jones, Elizabeth Clark and Thena Spates, all of Vicksburg; four brothers, Col. Tommy Dillard Jr. of San Antonio, Texas, Johnnie Wells of Tallulah, Charlie Wells of Aurora, Ill., and Elmo Wells of Vicksburg; three sisters, Maxine Jackson and Annie Mae Phillips, both of Aurora, and Janice Minor of Vicksburg; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

Henry Gaddis Sr.

Henry Gaddis Sr. died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2006, at his home in Vicksburg. He was 67.

Mr. Gaddis retired as a forklift operator from Merchants Company in 2000. He was a member of Ratliff Chapel M.B. Church in Edwards.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Dixon Gaddis; and two brothers, Arthur Lee Gaddis and Peyton Gaddis Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Merry L. Gaddis of Vicksburg; his father, Peyton Gaddis Sr. of Edwards; three daughters, Deborah Elmore-Buckhannon of Tallahassee, Fla., Dr. Andrea Gaddis of Meridian and Denise Heard of Kenner, La.; two sons, Henry Gaddis Jr. of Vicksburg and Zolton Perry of Pembroke Pines, Fla.; a special niece and nephew, Clara Elmore Reynolds and Countee Elmore, both of Vicksburg; 12 siblings, Rosie Hutichings, Cornelius Gaddis, Lucy Johnson, Robert Gaddis, Leroy Gaddis, Ethal McMillan and Clarence Gaddis, all of Edwards, Berthard Gaddis and Elex Gaddis of Flint Mich., Elnora Cleveland of Gary, Ind., Lavern Garner of Jackson and Leola Mounger of Bolton; an aunt, Ida Harris of Edwards; six grandchildren, Jasmine Buckhannon, Taylor Gaddis, Ken and Shanise Bradley and Zoie and Zachary Perry.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Ratliff Chapel M.B. Church in Edwards. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at Peoples Funeral Home in Jackson and from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service.

Dorothy Mae Jenkins.

CHICAGO – Dorothy Mae Jenkins died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2006, at Jackson Park Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She was 71.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and Dorothy Jenkins; a sister, Rosie Jenkins; and a brother, Andrew Lee Jenkins.

Survivors include a son, Earnest Jenkins of Chicago; three brothers, Mack Jenkins, James Jenkins and L.C. Jenkins, all of Vicksburg; eight sisters, Minerva Allen, Viola Dixon, Indiana Jenkins, Linda Smith, Josephine Robinson and Eliza McRunnels, all of Vicksburg, Betty Burks of Las Vegas and Cora Thirston of Chicago; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives, including members of the Cook, Davis, Givins, Harris, Kelly, Wiggins and Willis families.

Williams Funeral Service has charge of arrangements.

Melphonsia Turner Joshua.

Melphonsia Turner &#8220Dear” Joshua died Monday, Dec. 11, 2006, at her home in Vicksburg. She was 84.

She retired as a teacher from Kings Head Start and Mississippi Action for Progress. She was a former member of the senior choir and a Sunday school teacher at Triumph M.B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Spencer Joshua; her parents, James Turner and Lillie Kemp Turner; three brothers, James Turner, Freddie Turner and Wardell S. Turner; and a sister, Minervia Turner.

She is survived by two daughters, Judith Stampley and Jeffretha Christian, both of Vicksburg; two stepdaughters, Dorothy Carson and Walterine Wildee, both of Vicksburg; a sister, Mable T. Thomas of Canton, Ohio; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at noon Saturday at Triumph M.B. Church with the Rev. Larry Nicks officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home.
