Betty Bazzel Case
Betty Bazzel Case died Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at River Region Medical Center in Vicksburg. She was 69.
A lifelong resident of Vicksburg, Mrs. Case was a retired government employee. She was of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Case Sr. of Vicksburg; a stepson, Edward A. Case Jr. of Peachtree City, Ga.; a sister, Sue Bazzel Crawford of Vicksburg; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Reggie Crawford officiating. Burial will follow at Green Acres Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. Friday until the hour of service.
Pallbearers will be Dorman Leist, James McCoy, Sid Leist, Mark Hilderbrand, Mike Crawford and James Sheller.
Kristen Michelle Fielder
RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Kristen Michelle “Miki” Fielder died at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Ark. She was 24.
A native of Vicksburg, Ms. Fielder was a resident of Russellville, Ark.
She was preceded in death by her son, Eustace Paul McGrew; maternal grandparents, James Paul Ban Etten and Peggy Joyce Wester; and a paternal grandfather, Eustace Nolan Fielder.
She is survived by a daughter, Michelle Abbigail of Russellville; her parents, David Nolan and Paula Joyce Fielder of Russellville; a brother, David Christopher Fielder of Russellville; paternal grandmother, Lena Mae Green Fielder Van Etten of Russellville; and nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Fisher Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Ronnie O’Quinn and James Van Etten officiating. Burial will follow at Fielders Family Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Chris Fielder, Steven Caldwell, Lamar Carter, David Mobley, Alan Broussard, Mike McCain, Thomas Middleton and Daniel Thompson.
Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock and co-workers at Waterways Experiment Station.
Madie German
EDWARDS – Services for Madie German will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at United Baptist Church in Edwards. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery in Edwards.
Visitation will be from noon until 6 p.m. Friday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home and Saturday at the church from noon until the service.
Mrs. German died Sunday, March 4, 2007, at River Region Medical Center. She was 87.
Mrs. German was a resident of Edwards.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James German; and one daughter, Willie Jean Pollard.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Singleton and Beatrice Hodge, both of Edwards; six sons, Charles German, James German and Luther German, all of Edwards, Nathaniel German of Vicksburg, Levander German of Brookhaven and Eddie Lee German of Chicago; and one sister, Johnnie B. Johnson of Detroit.
