Clara Maxine Brown

ORANGE CITY, Fla. – Clara Maxine Brown of Arlene Drive in Deltona, Fla., died Saturday, March 31, 2007, at Savannah Court assisted living facility in Orange City, Fla. She was 84.

She was the former owner and operator of Louise Auto Parts in Louise, Miss.

A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 5, 2007, at Golden Link Cemetery in Anguilla, followed by visitation at Louise United Methodist Church in Louise.

Mrs. Brown was born in Mound Bayou, Miss., spent most of her life in Louise and moved to the Orlando area of central Florida in 1999 from Yazoo City, Miss. She was a former member of Louise United Methodist Church and, at her passing, a member of First Baptist Church of Orange City.

She was preceded in death in 1994 by her husband, Raymond Brown of Anguilla, with whom she enjoyed his children, J.M. Brown and Bobbie Stegall, also of Anguilla, and their children and grandchildren.

Survivors include a son, Walter Curtis Renfroe Jr. of Louise; a daughter, Carol Renfroe Freeman of Deltona; and four grandchildren, Deborah Renee Henry of Chuluota, Fla., Laurie Maxine Boyette of Louise, Sydney Carol Wheeler of Oviedo, Fla., and Walter Curtis Renfroe III of Yazoo City.

Mrs. Brown’s family also includes five great-grandchildren, David Hobbs Ray, Alan Parker Ray and Mark Ree Henry, all of Chuluota, Morgan Rene
