In Warren County Circuit Court the week that ended Friday:
— Roderick Jason Stewart, 23, 1011 James Court, pleaded guilty to shooting into an occupied dwelling and was sentenced by Warren County Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to four years with the Mississippi Department of Corrections. He was also sentenced to three years with the MDOC for violating his suspended sentence, which stemmed from an August 2005 conviction of felony eluding.
— Patrick revoked the suspended sentence of Adam Hall, 36, 302 Carver Road, Rolling Fork, for violating probation terms. Hall was convicted of possession of marijuana in April 2005. Patrick sentenced Hall to three years, with the MDOC, to run consecutively with a four-year sentence regarding an October conviction of sale of cocaine.
— Joe Ray Chapin, 26, 598 King Road, violated his suspended sentence, which stemmed from a 2003 conviction of possession of precursor chemicals. Patrick found Chapin eligible for the 9th Circuit District Drug Court program, and Chapin’s sentence will be held in abeyance pending completion of the program.
