An air conditioner and jewelry were among the missing items in two city burglaries reported within the same minute Wednesday afternoon, Vicksburg police said.

At 3:15, an ACM 5000 BTU air-conditioning unit and a Vanguard space heater were reported stolen from a home in the 1300 block of Grove Street. The total value was $750.

Also at 3:15, a residential burglary in the 2200 block of Letitia Street was reported to police. Missing was a PlayStation 2, a Madden NFL ’08 PlayStation 2 game and rings, earrings and necklaces. The total value was $1,400.
