Three delegates were chosen from each of the state’s four congressional districts. Twenty-four additional delegates were won when McCain won the majority of votes in the state primary March 11.

Republican National Committee members Henry Barbour and Cindy Phillips are delegates. Party chairman Jim Herring will also be a delegate but will head a convention committee on credentials disputes and not commit to a candidate.
