Two auto burglaries were reported in Vicksburg on Wednesday, Police Lt. Bobby Stewart said:

An Alpine AM/FM CD player valued at $200 was reported stolen from a 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier in the 200 block of Tully Street.

A Motorola BlackBerry valued at $290 was reported stolen from a 1996 Ford Ranger in the 2600 block of Clay Street.

Florence man injured in morning wreck

A Florence man’s condition was being examined at mid-morning today after a single-car wreck on U.S. 61 South this morning.

Michael Miller, 42, 120 Dogwood Hill Road, was taken to River Region Medical Center after his car struck a pole in the 1700 block of the highway, Warren County records show.

Hospital spokesman Allen Karel said no condition report was available yet.
