Ray Lee Regan

PORT GIBSON — Ray Lee Regan died at Madison Parish Hospital Friday, Sept. 12, 2008. He was 79.

Mr. Regan was a lifelong resident of Claiborne County and a member of Midway Church of Christ. He retired from R.G. LeTourneau in Vicksburg as a steelworker. He was a veteran of the Navy, having served during the Korean War.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Mary Edna Regan; and one brother, Joseph Edwin Regan.

Mr. Regan is survived by a brother, Jesse M. Regan of Port Gibson; and two sisters, Alice Wheeler of Vicksburg and Mary R. Price of Bossier City, La.; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Glenwood Funeral Home Chapel in Port Gibson. Burial will follow at Wintergreen Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service on Monday.

Pallbearers will be Harold Neely, Marvin Muirhead, Jack Muirhead Sr., Jack Muirhead Jr., Dale Wheeler, Ronnie Wheeler, Wayne Price and Regan Price.
