Miss Davis, Mr. Mullins to exchange vows Oct. 11

Broderick and Regina Davis of Vicksburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsey Brooke of McHenry, to Justin Wayne Mullins, also of McHenry. Mr. Mullins is the son of Mike and Linda Mullins of Saucier and Geri Mullins of Vega, Texas.

Miss Davis is the granddaughter of J.B. and Betty Davis of Moundville, Ala., and Ellen Porter and the late J.C. Porter of Fosters, Ala.

Mr. Mullins is the grandson of Gene and Doris Conner, the late Newton Mullins and Doris Reyher and the late Norman Reyher, all of Lamar, Colo.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Warren Central High School, where she was a member of the Beta Club, National Honor Society, Student Council and choir.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Mississippi College, where she was a member of the BSU and Swananoa Tribe and served as the Chief Choc school mascot.

Miss Davis is a billing receptionist for Awakenings P.A.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Woodsboro High School in Texas, where he played football and basketball and was in the band. He served in the Coast Guard for four years.

Mr. Mullins is a dispatcher at Seabee Naval Base.

The wedding will be at 3 p.m. Oct. 11, 2008, at the home of Mike and Linda Mullins in Saucier. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.
