Tullos tells plans to marry

Rachel Elizabeth Tullos, bride-elect of Matthew Byrne Rogers, both of West Point, N.Y., announces their wedding plans for 4:30 p.m. Oct. 4, 2008, at Cedar Grove Mansion and Inn.

A reception will follow at the B’nai B’rith Literary Club.

Miss Tullos is the daughter of Tony L. Tullos and Mary L. McNair, both of Vicksburg.

Mr. Byrne is the son of John and Cathy Rogers of Anthem, Ariz., and Phillip Murphy of San Jose, Calif.

The Rev. T. Ed Hightower will officiate at the ceremony. The bride will be given in marriage by her father.

Maid of honor will be Maury Wolfe of Vicksburg.

Bridesmaids will be Alexandrea Murphy and Melissa Spinogatti, sisters of the groom, of Anthem; Gina Aviles of Fort Bragg, N.C.; and Alicia Bester of Columbus, Ohio.

Marcus Monte of Aptos, Calif., will serve as best man.

Groomsmen will be Bobby Tullos, brother of the bride, of Jackson; James Lipscomb of Boston, Mass.; Bo French of Raleigh, N.C.; and Derek Watkins of Jamestown, N.Y.

Flower girl will be Makena Murphy, cousin of the groom, of Maui, Hawaii.

Ring bearer will be Dane Spinogatti, nephew of the groom, of Anthem.
