Shots fired into two Vicksburg homes|CRIME

Three shots were fired at 1:44 a.m. Friday into a home in the 1200 block of South Street.
Vicksburg police reported the victim had argued with a man, ran inside the house and then fired three shots inside the house.
No one was injured and the suspect ran away.
In another case, shots were fired into an occupied home in the 200 block of Curry Street at 11:08 p.m. Sunday.
No one was injured or arrested.
When police got to the scene, no one was home, Sgt. Sandra Williams said.
Generator reported missing from home on Robert E. Lee
A Craftsman 5600 generator valued at $850 was reported missing at 5:36 p.m. Sunday from the 100 block of Robert E. Lee Boulevard in Openwood Plantation subdivision.
It was stolen from a carport and had been painted blue.
Lawn, carpentry tools missing on Groome Drive
Several items were reported missing Friday from a vehicle and shed in the 400 block of Groome Drive, said Sgt. Sandra Williams of the Vicksburg Police Department.
A weed trimmer valued at $249, a leaf blower valued at $199, a hedge trimmer valued at $80, a 3-gallon compressor kit valued at $150, a saw valued at $100, a Dewalt combo drill set valued at $600 and a paint gun valued at $100 were reported stolen.
In a separate case, a fish and ski boat valued at $3,000 with a trailer valued at $1,000 were reported stolen at 3:07 p.m. Sunday at Provincial Garden Apartments, 3120 S. Frontage Road.
