Vicksburg Patrolman Curtis Judge investigates the scene of a wreck on Interstate 20 East near Halls Ferry Road at about 5 p.m. Thursday after the driver of the motorcycle, Jeffrey Covington, 48, 1092 Oak Ridge Road, is loaded into a Vicksburg Fire Department ambulance to be taken to River Region Medical Center, where a spokesman said he was listed in good condition this morning. Judge said Covington lost control of his Honda 1300 and flipped after hitting an automobile part that was lying on the highway. No other vehicles were involved.
