A boil notice has been lifted for customers in the Eagle Lake Water District.

Tests completed by the Mississippi Department of Health Public Health Laboratory indicates the water is safe to drink.

Eagle Lake has 588 customers, smallest of the five independent water districts outside Vicksburg city limits.
